Rachael

Hi, I’m Rach. The founder of EarForYou. I launched EarForYou in 2020 when GP surgeries decided they no longer considered ear wax removal a primary health care need. From being a district nurse for many years, I understood the great need for this service, especially out in the community, so I decided to do something about it. Over the last 6 years, I have expanded our geographical areas and now cover many parts of the UK. All practitioners are fully qualified with many years of specialised nursing experience.

I qualified as an adult nurse in 2016 and specialised in community nursing with 2 years at senior level. I am an Ear wax removal specialist and am also currently training to provide mobile cryotherapy treatment. Please meet the rest of the team below

Jennifer

Hi, I am Jennifer, a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in ENT, Head & Neck, and Maxillofacial specialties. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive clinical expertise across both ward and outpatient settings, enabling me to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

I currently work in a Clinical Nurse Specialist role, where I continue to develop advanced clinical skills and maintain a strong focus on patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

In addition, I provide a professional ear microsuction service in the comfort of your own home. I am committed to delivering safe, effective treatment in a calm and friendly environment, ensuring each patient feels at ease and well cared for.

EarForYou -West Sussex

Hello, I’m Cara and I am EarForYou West Sussex. I qualified as a Nurse in 2007 and became a staff nurse working on a Cardiac Ward. From there, I became a Community Nurse for eight years, and in 2015 I began my nursing life as a Practice Nurse in a GP Surgery, eventually becoming the Lead Practice Nurse. During this time, part of my role was ear care for patients, primarily utilising the then common irrigation method. In November 2021 I completed my Microsuction training at University Hospital Sussex NHS Trust in association with British Academy of Audiology. I then ran regular Microsuction clinics at different GP surgeries. I began this private service in December 2022 as I wanted to reach out to individuals who were primarily house bound and did not have access to ear care services. I knew that Community Nurses no longer offered this service. So EarForYou West Sussex was born. I can see anyone from age 4+ & up. I also provide Ear Care Workshops for Care Homes, Groups or clubs, which are great fun.

Hi, I’m Amy, I am a Registered Nurse and Advanced Nurse Practitioner currently also working in the NHS based in Hinckley, with a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.

I worked for many years as a Practice Nurse in primary care, before progressing to my current role as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Alongside this, I provide ear care services, specialising in ear wax removal using safe and effective water irrigation techniques.

Hello, my name is Henrietta, but prefer Henri I am a registered nurse with over 30 years experience. I have worked in a variety of settings, including: community hospital, district nursing, and bladder and bowel health. I am currently working in a hospice, alongside offering ear wax removal via microsuction and irrigation. As someone who has suffered with their hearing, I can appreciate how isolating it can be and hope to make a difference.

I qualified as an Adult Nurse nearly twenty years ago, and since then I’ve worked across both secondary and primary care. My career has taken me from hospital wards to specialist nursing roles, community nursing, and now general practice — experience I draw on every day in my ear‑care work.

Hello, I’m Lizzie from Ear For You Hampshire. I’ve been a qualified nurse since 2016. I currently work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a local GP surgery. I also offer wax removal by microsuction to Hampshire, via a mobile service. I provide safe and effective ear care in the comfort of your own home. I have a keen interest in acute and chronic ear conditions.

I’m Becky, a fully qualified and experienced nurse providing mobile ear care services across South Devon through Ear For You.

I offer safe, effective ear wax removal and ear health assessments in the comfort of your own home. Following a full assessment, I make a clinical decision on the most appropriate method of wax removal, whether that is irrigation, microsuction, or instrumentation.

With a strong background in general practice, I bring clinical expertise alongside a calm, professional approach to every appointment, aiming to make the process as straightforward and reassuring as possible.

Becky is NMC registered, CQC registered, DBS checked, and fully insured.

Dawn Middleton-Wales

Dawn is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and the owner of Ear For You North East. Qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 2004, Dawn began her career in Accident & Emergency, where she developed strong clinical skills and a calm, compassionate approach to patient care. In 2007, she transitioned into general practice nursing, where she has continued to build extensive experience in delivering high-quality, patient-focused healthcare.

In August 2023, Dawn established Ear For You North East, combining her years of NHS experience with a passion for providing accessible, professional private healthcare services within the community.

Dawn is fully NMC registered and operates Ear For You North East which is a CQC regulated service, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. She is also DBS police checked and ICO registered, giving patients complete confidence in both her professionalism and data protection practices.

Hello I’m Sarah a registered nurse covering ears all over Maidstone! I have been a nurse for 13 years and in that time have gained experience in community nursing, practice nursing and sexual health nursing. I am currently working part time in the mental health sector as a physical health nurse. I decided to refresh my knowledge in ear wax removal after the NHS stopped offering the service and was particularly interested in providing home visits for those who would otherwise struggle to access a clinic. I offer Microsuction and water irrigation services.

I provide mobile ear wax removal services in Staines and the surrounding areas offering visits in the comfort of your own home or Nursing/Care home environment.

Following a full ear assessment I can offer you or your loved one Microsuction and/or Warm water Irrigation if required using safe, gentle and effective techniques.
