INTRODUCTION
My name is Rachael
For 6 years I specialized in community nursing with the NHS, two years at senior level which I loved.
There is nothing more rewarding than providing patients with the care and treatment they require in the comfort of their own home.
Ear wax removal was a treatment that was provided through the NHS, by community nurses and practice nurses but it was announced by the government in 2020 that "People suffering from a build-up of earwax were no longer entitled to have their ears syringed on the NHS in England"
Waiting times for ENT can be up to an 18 week wait , just to be seen

HEALTH FACILITY
Our Unmatched Facility
During ear wax removal you will sit in a chair and the ear is rinsed with warm water from an electronic irrigator. The wax and water is collected in a cup-shaped receiver which you hold under the ear. The electronic irrigators used have controlled pressures and are gentle and safe. Ear syringing does make some noise but this is not excessive or uncomfortable. Most people who have irrigation find it to be a fairly pleasant procedure.
Mobile Treatment
Specialised Aftercare Advice
It is essential after care advice is followed. This increases the recovery and minimises risks of unessasay infections. All after care advice is discussed post treatment and is tailored to give the best possible outcome.
Professional And Qualified Staff
All staff at EFY come with years of nursing experience and knowledge. Each nurse brings their own wealth of skills and are specialists in the treatments they provide.
