Having this done in the comfort of your own home makes it so much easier. I wish I had booked up so much earlier because the quality of life I have now after having this procedure is incredible.  I had suffered persistent tinnitus and blocked ears leading to sinus problems / neuralgia, for a few years but put up with it as it had become part of life. Had both ears waxed on17th Nov. Appointment was actually ahead of time , as agreed with Rachel. Set up was efficient with all necessary equipment placed strategically to enable an timely  ear wax. Process and possible side effects were clearly explained. The actual waxing   of both ears  was circa 30 mins. All in all very good value for money and very efficient service
